While this karma count is shown on your profile page, in the next update getting Founder status and having enough karma to not get captchas anymore won't take into account self-upvotes.
/u/anonymous has 10 pages worth of posts. I don't think there's much vote manipulation going on.

I like reddit. I don't think there's any shame in liking something even if the community is cringe. There's just a lot of things I don't like about reddit, which is why I made Mainchan.

you could easily get enough karma to have captchas removed with a few hours of posting
