Why? Why did you invest time in this when you can just make a more mobile-friendly site and wrap that in an app. That is what I do. And getting in the android store is a nightmare, so I only bother with the Apple store.

Because people asked for it.

They probably just asked for an app, right. I use https://appilix.com/ to make the website into an app and that seems to satisfy users.

Just came back here to check, seems like everything's going well! I'll try to be more active here, at least for a bit.

imagine making a mobile app for a website that has like 5 daily active users.

If I remember correctly Cicero has been working on this app ever since he got laid off from his developer position to keep himself busy while looking for another job.

Will you also start advertising MC once again after the app is done?

Awesome. Hype engaged.

BTW I want to offer you a graphic design assist with the app, but I also don't want to do any work. It's a conundrum for me.

How easy/hard is the UI to fiddle with if you wanted to? We talking basic HTML/CSS or some kind of templating system with a lot of moving parts?

React native doesn't use CSS, it uses its own styling method. But if you like you can make mock-ups for suggestions on how to change the look of certain screens or whatever.

Coolness. I guess once you go live with it I'll see where I might be able to help design-wise and send some ideas (my laziness allowing).

For posting it to google play (android) store, you'll have to pay $25 bucks to them.
