The problem is that ALL user-uploaded files are being cached, for hours it seems. Even things like avatars. So I need to fix this. I'm GUESSING laravel octane is causing the issue but I can't find anyone else with this issue.
Without an account, it would make things like banning/unbanning complicated. And voting, saving submissions, sending PMs, etc. Don't you wanna use those features, anon?

Try using desktop. Some buttons are hidden from smaller browsers for now.
I use these caches as well but they wouldn't affect files.
How big is your monitor? Even my smallest laptop can see the right-side bar.
