also I'm making /s/blogging a default sub. Anyone who creates an account will be automatically subbed.

best I can do for now is code snippets

Good suggestion though! I do have other things to get to first, however.

this is a production-only bug so I'll have to fix in prod. I'll let you know when it's fixed.

This is probably that weirdest production bug I've ever encountered. It seems that these files are being cached. So you ARE replacing these files, the server-side cache needs to be cleared before it works. wtf

  • Yes. But read the global rules. Things like over racism and bigotry need to be tagged NSFL. You can have entire communities dedicated around NSFL topics though. So basically nothing illegal.
  • I mention this in the video: Private feeds. Basically onlyfans. I take a small cut of private feed subscriptions. Smaller than onlyfans/fansly.
  • Yes. Big button on the right on the front page.

There is an edit function. I don't think you can edit anon posts/comments though, iirc.

Right now the custom CSS is being parsed and checked if it's valid, with some custom validation rules I added like no URLs, then saved. The problem is that ALL user-uploaded files are being cached, for hours it seems. Even things like avatars. So I need to fix this. I'm GUESSING laravel octane is causing the issue but I can't find anyone else with this issue.

Without an account, it would make things like banning/unbanning complicated. And voting, saving submissions, sending PMs, etc. Don't you wanna use those features, anon?

Try using desktop. Some buttons are hidden from smaller browsers for now.

I use these caches as well but they wouldn't affect files.

How big is your monitor? Even my smallest laptop can see the right-side bar.

reply permalink report gild save

Hmm maybe. You could just make your subchan anon-only so you don't need to click it to begin with.

What happens if you change your avatar then refresh the page?
