Wiped the whole laptop. Good that I got my SSD this year.
I haven't had any hardships with my laptop till this very year. First it was a game not running at random, overheating and force closing the computer. Changed a buntch of settings to the point I could not turn on the Internet, and then just reset all settings to default and had to reinstall most of my shit back from the SSD. Then a few days later my whole screen gets frozen, I force close everything and a new Windows update leads to a bluescreen that gets worse and worse each day. To the point I can't open up safe mode. I go to my neighbour I asked to clean my fans just some week ago to now help me reinstall Windows as I lack any other computer to do it with on my own. Now I write from it, whilst installing all my stuff back on. I am mostly suprised I took it all in a calm way instead of going chimp mode as I expected. I guess owning the SSD was reassurance enough that all current faults could be fixed in due time.

To be more clear. The SSD is portable, is why I use it with my latop since 237 GB of storage is insufficient when I want to download and manually install all of my games. I use the SSD mostly for my game library, but also my shitpost folders full of images and webms. Includes also some old 4chan archives I might make some use of in the near future.
i thought you were about to sing the duck song "I haven't had any hardships with my laptop till the very next day, bump bump bump bump bumpadum. the duck walked up to the lemonade stand etc . . .
Quack?
bro my $80 "notebook" died within 2 weeks. You know that a computer is shit when it has "notebook" or even just "book" in its name
Buying prebuilt these days is not worth it. I would be fine with laptops if they didn't use ass heat sinks and were predownloaded with OS that are so bloated or on the edge of being malware.
