Omg I like claiming stuff too. I want to claim google.com. I think it'd be a stable source of income.

What constitutes as a claimable one

For a subchan to be considered "unmoderated", and therefore claimable, both of the following requirements must be met:

The subchan must have unresolved reports over 30 days old.

The subchan must not have instituted a new moderator in the past 30 days.

Unfortunately there isn't as far as I know. The only way to check if a subchan is claimable is to use this tool.
