Should I give subchans the option to make comment images mandatory?

I think it's gonna be pointless. I can't see why someone would want to enable that, unless as a joke. Comment sections would just get filled with a ton of random images cluttering up space and making it harder for someone to read the comments.

What about changing the ui like this
