Most do in countries like Sweden. I tend to go for the double decker as they are often the most modern and therefore guaranteed to have this feature.

Where did you find that gif
The gif is a bit old, seen it from place to place. My best guess to the origin would be Animation Domination High-Def. Fits the style and seen them in tags to reuploads of the gif.
