Wasabi s3 is cheap, what's cheaper is using your own hardware. Memory is fucking cheap Cicero.
If you really can't use your own, I suggest getting a hetzner shitbox for storing your files, depending of the configuration it might be more worthwhile than Wasabi s3
Do CDNs really speed up video downloading that much? Shouldn't data stored on a regular server be good enough for a small site like Mainchan? I'm not an expert when it comes to these things so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Well actually, I think you could rip off discord for it, when ever some user wants to post a video, a discord bot forwards it to some private server where the video will be hosted from (video links from dc are accessible to anyone). Bad thing is, this probably goes against discord ToS.
