Are you using an old mouse by any chance? They can have problems leading to multiple clicks from just one button press that might cause this. I'd say just go through and manually delete the extras for now and, if you're not having a mouse issue on your end, ask Cicero if he knows of a fix.
it happens because when you press the "submit" button it takes a bit to load so if you spam the button then in will duplicate the post
