Basically, there's a bug with one of my caches that makes it so that file uploads are cached. Meaning that if you go to delete a file or replace a file with a new one, you'll still get the old cached version.
So things like avatars will be affected. If you go to replace your avatar with a new one, it might take hours for the cache to clear.

Yeah, now it's not working anymore. But when I changed my avatar yesterday it went smoothly...
I'm getting an error width and height must be 25px * 25px when trying to upload emote. Although my .gif is 25px * 25px.

Looking more into it, this bug might take a few days to fix. The files ARE being deleted, just not from the cache. This will mean refactoring a lot of code.
In emote settings, remove button doesn't work.
