My favourite slice of life anime is "Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions". It's an anime about a girl named Rikka who believes she posseses magic powers. As the story progresses she falls in love with her neighbour Yuta. It's story flows nicely and I like it's characters. It's humor and romance are actually enjoyable and are not cringe worthy. That's all just my opinion though.
Another slice of life anime I really like is "Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu". It's story revolves around a former child soldier named Sousuke Sagara tasked with protecting a high school student named Kaname Chidori. Since he spent most of his life on the battle field he has trouble adjusting to civilian life so he frequently responds to various situations as if he were on the battle field. All in all it's a really funny anime.

it's not an anime, but i really like otoyomegatari. It's about a bunch of families in Central Asia around the mid-19th century, and it's very comfy.
