If this had happened in Jan/Feb when US and Canada banks were exposed and unprepared and I was holding puts hoping Evergrande would default then I would have been laughing all the way to bank. About. Fuckin. Time. Those fucks were supposed to go under at the beginning of the year when I was holding puts on banks with major exposure to the fallout. Figures they'd find a way to let all the bankers unwind their positions before finally admitting they're as broke as people have been saying for a year and a half now. Bond/Swap bagholders are still screwed at least.
