Our valiant MainChad /u/Cicero has rolled out some cool features:
The Subchan List
...and runs a Mainchan Discord group.
However none of these are linked to in the main site navigation. This guy said they're linked but I've used the site on desktop and mobile and they're not as far as I can tell.
Also, the list of Subchans should filter out NSFW/NSFL subs based on user settings. Subs like /s/boobs, /s/flashd, /s/okjew and /s/nigger should not show on the list for anyone who's chosen to hide NSFW or NSFL content in their user settings.

Not sure where I'd put these on the mobile site. Suggestions?

You could have a small footer on every page with links to the aforementioned. I'd also throw in a link to the site rules since that's currently hard to access on mobile.
edit: if not every page, then at least on pages like settings, user profile, etc.
Drop down menu under an icon? Also any thoughts on the filtering the subchan list?
