I'm not sure what the view is called, spiritualism or something similar, but I've come to believe that God makes himself known to us by any means. That doesn't mean that it'll be like 'oh shit, that's definitely God' but more something more akin to 'this thing had to have happened for a reason, and the only thing I can pin that reason on is God's influence. Thus, God is everywhere, and God is everything.
The world is brimming with detail and beauty, and there will always be something new to surprise you if you look. Maybe I don't pray as much as I should, and I feel like I should attend church but I just don't feel the motivation to do so, but I feel God's presence in my life because of these small miracles. A stranger and I had a unique conversation. A dragonfly perched upon my outstretched arm. The sun illuminated the clouds in the sky with an incredible golden visage.
When I begin to see the world as being full of gifts for me, I appreciated it more.
Oh my god new users are appearing, this is incredible.
Mainchan is not really for passive consumption; you get the most out of it if you engage and make posts like this. (and please do so, there aren't much of us here anyways)
Holy crap emailing all the users would do really well. Honestly I think that in order for mainchan to get off the ground it needs a base community like s/random to be popular before anyone can branch off
Either that or... shit maybe the whole livestream idea might actually be relevant. Just have fan requests file through mainchan instead of reddit like usual. Oh shizzle. That might be it. However that of course requires one to get famous in the first place which I'd still like to do because I'm a massive narcissist.
It does in a way prove their validity, however there is also a phenomenon where the more you repeat something the less power it has. And that may be true for language like this, simple, originally impactful sentences that have been watered down so much they can be easily dismissed unless packaged in some larger statement as a thesis. See "This person is a Nazi".
Not trying to disprove anything you've said or the validity of the quotes themselves. They do have merit.
My brain has been infected with malware and I can't help but view these as 'hard' Youtube shorts comments made by 11 year olds
That being said. I do think that the first one deserves some reflection. Finishing in some senses is not a reward. The struggle is the prize, it distracts from the world, you are goal oriented and focused. I feel like I'm missing that now so it's especially poignant.
It's difficult to will yourself to do things in that state though. But I do understand where you're coming from. Thanks for the advice. Right now I'm sort of stuck waiting for a job which is coming but doesn't start yet so that's adding to it.

I meant it more to focus on the distinct lack of bots here, the real 'slop' of AI.
