Anime being basically strictly necessary. Also if you want to make me the general/duke/mod/lord of either of them, I'm on the computer all day so at the very least I would have a watchful eye, plus I'm not power-hungry, just kooky.

Just go make a subchan. There's a big button on the right on the front page. You might not see it on mobile, though.
