Is your sleep schedule your problem ? Try to sleep just an hour earlier from the usual, set an alarm for 3pm instead of 4pm. Keep doing it until you fix it. Or sleep as much as you can and stay up until your chosen bed time

If its because you have no life just add a tiny single hobby to your day. Anything, maybe grow a plant, get a pet, go out go for a walk, look at the little things. I guess it varies for everyone - i love nature and drawing

Thing is you have to start really simple to let your brain get used to new stuff. A small little step is better than staying pathetic and is what will actually lead to changing your life

if you're old enough to ponder this you're old enough to fix it

go out tonight for 3 hours minimum, even if it's just sitting in a car somewhere else

you will hate yourself if you hit 30 and you're still doing this

If you're content with it and it's actually sustainable, you're doing alright.
