I've been depressed since the Pope died (unrelated) so my motivation has been horrifically down in the dumps and I've been suffering mentally, unable to find the willpower to do anything. Today was the first day I made a concerted effort to exercise, get into the pool and do something again, and that wall is still there. I know it's good for me and I need to do it. But I'll be damned if it isn't hard to start again. Just gotta keep it up. I'll post again tomorrow.
