I know that people will call me that for being short when school starts again so I want to have a few insults in response. Not, of course, that they would somehow stop everyone from hating me, but I want to be able to stand up for myself :(

These are all pretty good, but I wouldn't even justify their insult with a relevant response. If they are female, say "I'm sorry you're angry that you're gaining wait. Don't take it out on me, slut." If they are male say "It takes one to know one."
"Creepy? Says who a sexpest?" "Weird? Do you think is normal to be like you freak?", I can't really think of good english comebacks since I only get mad whilst speaking my own language. I tend to forget what I say, beyond that I come up with the most raw comebacks if the one i'm in argument with says something stupid.

I can't really accuse them of being weird because they live like a normal person with friends and all.

This seems like a based reply but they might misinterpret the comeback as a threat and report me and since they have more "witnesses" than I do, everyone, including the school, will believe them.

I can talk about lots of dark topics which have the potential to frighten people, but if they misinterpret it, whether by accident or on purpose, I might get expelled or suspended.

Ignoring them. There will always be people who judge you. The most freeing thing is to realize that they are just as pathetic as yourself when you think about the grand scheme of things. It may be hard in the moment but trust me. A mindset which is independent of what others think sets you free vs one that is dependent on others.

I don't really care about kids in my school ignoring me. I get really depressed when they decide to make fun of me for being a manlet and call me a "pervert" and stuff like that
Sounds a bit like highschool right? Honestly, highschool for me also sucked generally. It's tough while you are going through it but I promise it's temporary. Find something you like after school. For me it was video games and computers. Also try to avoid terrible people when you can and try to find some that are like yourself. They exist, I guarantee it.
i am in high school too
There are isolated people like me, who are mostly extremely short males, like myself, who wander around aimlessly, but they refuse to talk to anyone.
