How do I throw away soup?

Posted by Anonymous 6 hours ago Follow

Say you bought some soup and no longer want it, how do you throw it away when you're indoors? Am I supposed to throw 3 decent sized take-out bowls of soup into the trash bin and leave the garbage bin heavy and marinating in liquid? If it was a thin soup, I could just throw the liquid into the sink or toilet and toss the solid stuff into the trash. But how does one get rid of several containers of thick creamy soups teeming with corn, chicken, and potatoes etc. (Think batteries, erasers, and rubiks cubes floating in oil paint). Too thick to just drain into the toilet and toss the solid stuff. Actually, as I write this I think I may be able to wash off the soup under a tap and then toss the solid stuff but that seems weird. How would you guys handle this?

Edit: I live in a high-rise. I should have mentioned that. I don't have a yard to dispose it or pets to feed the soup to.

Why not toss it in a container on the street? That way it won't be much of a problem for you anymore.
