It's gotta be 'Right Behind You' by the valve orchestra, the song was used in the scariest film of all time, Meet The Spy.

I think Monster Mash edges out Thriller by just a bit.

I think that Somebody's Watching Me fits better and that's only for popular Michael Jackson songs. Some other artists probably have even more fitting stuff.
