I bought some for the first time today. It was chocolate-flavoured, so I poured it into hot water and stirred thinking it'd be kind of like hot chocolate-- it smelled like it and even tasted decent, but I ended up needing to keep stirring it in-between drinks to prevent it from clumping up.
Turns out this is a pretty common mistake but I honestly didn't mind it. I skimmed a few threads and articles afterwards about ways to take it but they all seemed like too much of a hassle for me personally. I think I'll try putting it into cold milk next time and see if that's any better.
How about you? Do you build a meal around it or do you just muscle it down?

Never put protein powder in hot water, as you said clumps will form. i've read someone made coffee, let it cool down and then put the protein powder in it. that's an option

I used to be a no flavor guy. But then I tried chocolate once and I just can't stop. Choccy water is too good.
I like chocolate taste, too, but I like depriving myself even more.
