Ok so I awoke at 4:45AM to go to the gym with a buddy, he walked on me so I decided to go through with it anyways and did a whole bunch of general dumbell curls and overhead presses etc. 20 - 30 pound, usually 3x20 rep sets but nothing really followed. Just whatever I felt I could do in the moment. In the afternoon I partook in about half an hour of basketball for fun, but otherwise was preoccupied most of the day. Tomorrow I have some fitness testing which I will need to put the gym on top of. Steady rolling.
