You know what I've been doing lately? An entire workout dedicated to 1 exercise. Yesterday I did like 10 sets of leg presses and I can barely walk. This plus drop sets are the SECRET KEY to hypertrophy.
I actually got into that for a while, but my muscles feeling too much like jelly the next day made me go back to the boomer style workout of mixing things up each day.
