In settings an option to auto-upvote posts you reply to. On by default.
Turns a non-vote into something people who comment have to choose to do rather than making them do that little bit of extra work to upvote. Would help increase the signs of life around here since often people will reply but ignore the vote buttons.

I think this is a pretty good idea, just wouldn't want it to apply to comments.
