This has happened a few times now, and I feel I don't need to make an entirely new rule over it since I feel it would fall under the "You will not break the site or do anything that interferes with the normal use of the site." rule.

If you make a subchan, let's say /s/soccer , if you plan on running it in good faith I won't intervene. You can run it however you want, in the fashion you think is best for the community.

Subchan names should be representative of their communities, since there's a limited amount of subchan names.

So if you make a subchan called /s/soccer and you dedicate the subchan to how much better hockey is than soccer, I'm going to give subchan ownership over to someone else.

That said, I will add a note about this on the subchan creation page.

could you please

  • change color for founding members in dark mode to be the same as light mode?
  • Change Sticky post behavior to be visible in feeds?
  • Add the ability to edit rules for subchans?

Thanks!

Darkmode founder status should work once serverside cache clears.

1) Sure

2) what do you mean?

3) You can add or remove rules for subchans already. Is there something missing there?

TRIPS GET

Another issue in following feed I can see posts made by Anonymous so if I'm following one person I can identify who made the posts ^_^

2) When I make post sticky, it doesn't appear in home/following/all feeds

3) I meant editing instead of deleting

I personally don't have an issue with this, but I feel like you'll lose some of the userbase that you gained with the 4chan bread.

If they're the type of people who come here specifically to make the site unusable for everyone else, I think it's better to lose them. And there are people like that on 4chan, trust me.

the latest one was /s/lgbt where the creator basically turned it into an anti-lgbt sub
