The images seem to be compressed, anyway they are screenshots of /s/technology and /s/jokes. Most of the these posts had 4 to 7 upvotes, and now they are 0 or -1. so that means there is a user (bot?) with multiple accounts and this user is manipulating the votes, either he/she is a troll or someone who is trying to damage the site, by discouraging other people from posting and contributing to the site.
Yeah, I got what you mean. This is actually happening in many third world countries. Where the rich are living in gated communities and poor are living in slums, and can't find a good paying jobs, because a good paying job in these countries require nepotism.

Why would I as a hardworking citizen pay for the welfare of drug addicts (as the author referred to them), and even provide them with more drugs.
If people don't want to work or want to do drugs, then they have to face the consequences of their own choice.
Why does the author think that his idea are revolutionary, there are tons of food banks and churches that provide food for homeless people in the US.
This is how you destroy a society, and encourage people to stop working and be freeloaders, drug addicts.
