Terry Davis video: 40 seconds long

George Hotz said the same thing a few days ago in an interview with Lex Fridman. Apparently the incentives in some of these companies to get promoted is to build new internal tooling, don't document it, and then once they leave no one knows what to do because the software is so complex.
