It's moving around too easily and quickly. It doesn't look like a physical object to me. Could these things possibly be of optical origin, like some kind of light rays or something? Maybe something somewhere somehow is reflecting light and it's creating these spots.

You're hitting on the the plasmoid/plasma ball/electroball/"light body" theory regarding UAP. Personally I don't buy into it since proponents try to say it can explain away everything from UAP to ghosts and the chupacabra. Also balls or other shapes of light are only a part of the UAP phenomena that's been documented. Also doesn't account for the human factor as it'd mean every UAP experiencer from abductees to the military has somehow mistaken what their eyes and equipment showed them. You can read more about the plasma theory here: https://electroballpage.wordpress.com/383-2/ and here: https://journalofscientificexploration.org/index.php/jse/article/view/3057 and here: https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/1fu8ahd/exploring_plasmoids_a_hypothesis_connecting_uaps/ also here: https://archive.is/R8Mxg (archived WSJ article)
