I don't think you should be counting your chickens yet. The House version of the NDAA that was passed without the "UFO Disclosure Act" will need to be reconciled with the Senate version of the bill which still leaves an opportunity to cut the Disclosure amendment out. Reddit people are all "call your representatives" about it so there's still a chance for this to go belly up.

Yeah I saw that too. Not worried though since disclosure has bipartisan support.
