Don't buy intel 13th or 14th gen (any CPU from there), they're fucked.
What's your budget, what do you plan on using your computer for and where are you from? In some countries it's actually cheaper to buy a prebuilt PC than to build your own so keep that in mind as well.
prebuilts were x2 times expensive than building own
i have decent budget so i could build a pretty good pc
