Imagine paying $139.00 to get ads in the start menu, while Linux exists for free and covers 90% of use cases.

True dat. I have windows right now because mkvtoolsnix works way better on windows, but I've been going steady with fedora for about 2 years and its pretty decent. Just need a good VM to run windows. Gnome boxes sucks and virtualbox acts pretty odd too

> Linux sadly doesn't support most of the industry standard software like Adobe products, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD etc.

The average user doesn't use these programs, he surfs the web, watches movies and tv shows, listens to music, read books.

> Linux also lacks tech support that Windows and MacOS have.

There is Red Hat and Ubuntu Pro if you want support

> Linux is an alternative to MacOS and Windows only for a small number of tech geeks.

I would say it's a good choice for most users since most people are just casual users who don't need Adobe products and AutoCAD
