The mobile app is currently only for users. It has no subchan moderation/management features. You'll need to use the desktop site.
It's the big "Create a Subchannel" button on the front page.
when I open it on a desktop site, it shows that there's no clear option for it and there's no " + " icon at the bottom screen like reddit.
