TO CREATE A BRAND NEW SUBCHAN, CLICK ON THE "CREATE A SUBCHANNEL" BUTTON OF THE FRONT PAGE OF MAINCHAN

So if I want a sunchan, I just have to request one?

On the front page. Click the button on the right that says "Create a Subchannel".

That explains why you're not seeing the button. Try to open from pc.
