Same, I always wonder if this site gets bigger and was noticed by the authorities, will Mainchan turn into reddit 2.0? Will Cicero sell to the Chinese? I think these are valid points that deserve to be raised.
There's no real way to back if were even really posting anonymously right? I couldn't find any links to source code, or how it functions internally. Plus Mainchan is hosted in the United States, so it could be backdoored by the 3 letter boys at any point. A lot of the issues reddit faces in terms of censorship could be applied to mainchan. There are some pretty obvious laws that need to be maintained, but I'm afraid of where this site will go once it hits mainstream.
Wonder what Cicero would do if he was requested by the authorities, or copyright groups to take down posts.

I just looked at the TOS and privacy policy, guessed that after reading it.
