I have never used Chat GPT or any other "AI" and I don't ever intend to.

i was using AI to kill other players in 2016.
i used to feed the program data on what enemy players were doing through the garry's mod client with a source plugin i created. it was never detected by VAC because it's not an obvious form of cheating. it wasn't putting anything into source, it was taking something out.
the exact positions, and held weapon of every player logged into the server. i could get your usernames, too. and so my AI learned how the enemy worked. it could see inside their bases, it could watch them rally to raid our own bases. from simple things like a heads up when they start amassing nearby, to fairly accurate predictions of how specific players would behave, given enough time to study you. between the program and everyone on our side we practically had a monopoly on strategy.
when screenshots of the source code were leaked i shut it down. the computer that once hosted the AI now collects dust in a closet. but now that gmod war is kinda over, and nobody is around to want to dox me for this, i might wake it up.

anything my machine can do, a bunch of human players did for years before i showed up. and they continued to do it after i left.
AI didn't kill source multiplayer. why are you expecting it to kill something as fucking broad and widespread as art, or the concept of working?
migrants did that themselves.
