I don't really consider ethics as a point of contention of whether or not to do something. The goyim will suck the dick of trillionaires named Elon Musk who fucking hate them and ban them. They're stupid, they're evil, you should do the opposite of what they say.
But irregardless, I'd say yes, all footage is useful. It can be informative, entertaining, it's my right to observe it.

After watching the first few minutes of the video, I think maybe this spectacle being seen by so many is worth it if it gets people to take drunk driving more seriously.
