Anon you need GABA, L-Theanine, Magnesium, B6, and B12 and plenty of D-12. Start some kind of exercise and get plenty of sleep the foods most of us are eating have around half the nitritional value they did in the 1940s as well. I hope this advice helps you fren. There's other good supplements too just make sure they're bioavailable.

L-theanine's mechanism of action is gaba

yiou don't need to supplement gaba with it, unless your gaba levels are naturally low

some people's are naturally high & they'd do better with choline supplements

but also a lot of these nutritional problems would never come up if people were living properly like rich well-adjusted normies, always focused and having something to do each day
