(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

Thanks to the urging of I believe several people, I figured I had nothing to lose and looked into it. I accessed some worksheets and tutorials about it online and started integrating them, specifically scheduling out my day, but-rebuttal, and more logical reasoning tactics.

Egad, it works!
