Someone please hire a hitman and snipe me in the head

I am in great pain both emotionally and physically

my ass hurts and my leg is in great pain and it's stiff

it hurts to piss because my ass cheek stiff

and I can't shit because there is a bumpy thing on my ass cheek and it hurts

I can't look at bright stuff and my eye feel ichy and sorrow

My ear also hurts even the slightest cling clang sound

I feel very tired but can't sleep because i have heavy headache

and emotionally I don't have a girlfriend

I broke up with my best friend

I am panicking because I haven't studied and big exam/test is tomorrow

I even form a coherent sentence
