I know that I have told everyone to start writing more text posts in the past, but the content on this site has become very stale. This is our only chance to save Mainchan. We need to start interacting with each other on this site more instead of just reposting uninteresting content in order to increase activity, and the best way to accomplish this is to make more text posts. Reposts aren't even the problem anymore. If the reposts were interesting, people would comment on them, thus increasing the amount of text posted on this site. However, since no one gives a shit about low-quality memes or some random youtube video, most reposts get no comments. Either start making more text posts or interesting reposts, or witness the downfall of this site.

I think text posts are important but no one should be forced to make them. Plus it is really hard to come up with ideas for them
