Me and my friend went out to dinner, she put her card on the table before we were about to pay. I have Apple Pay so I brought out my phone and before he came with the bill I impulsively took a clear pic of her card and the 3 numbers in the back. Idk what to do

just delete the image bro, it's not that hard
We all have our shady moments. Best not to let the inner demons have their way tho, especially when there's one who'd be victimized so close to home. I'd delete the pictures and be done with it.
why though? Do you actually plan on robbing your friend?
