The whole anti-porn movement is just Christianity-inspired sexual shame and repression in the guise of self help. First it's quitting porn, then it's hating porn, then it's supporting laws that ban or restrict porn, then it's supporting laws that ban or restrict fringe sexual expression and so on. Purveyors of puritanical values telling people nofap will turn them into mentally focused supermen through jizz retention.
Don't think this guide to quitting is that? Take a peak at how it calls porn sinister, the desire to watch is an inner monster, people who watch porn only occasionally are stupid or pathetic. This is the language of judgement, not of help. Fuck this shit.
That's because it IS sinister. For example it's not uncommon that porn actors are coerced into commiting acts they don't want to do, it normalizes rape culture etc. Nothing good comes out of the porn industry.
It's not uncommon that priests coerce minors into committing acts they don't want to do. By your logic all priests are sinister and normalize actual rape. Yadda yadda bad apples yadda generalizations yadda.
