Why do men care so much about sustaining the human population and concerned about child birth?

We're all gonna die regardless, but so will the animals and plants.

I don't understand why there's so many guys against us having abortions or women having the right legally to remove our uterus if we want to.

None of us know the point of life anyway.

Just asking this cause i've noticed there's alot of conservative men speaking out against the "childfree" women, abortions & hysterectomies.

They are against women having full bodily autonomy.

Even Luigi was on twitter saying that women should continue having kids, so he's not this compassionate, savior either. He 100% would be against us having full bodily autonomy.
