I’ve only read “I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level” and liked the first volume of it.

"Arrogant Young Master Template A Variation 4" is much better than its title. A genre-savvy Earthling is reincarnated as a Young Master and tries to avoid as many YM tropes as he can.
Likewise for "Beware of Chicken". A genre-savvy Earthling is reincarnated as a sect disciple and decides to take up farming instead of pursuing power.
"40 Millenniums of Cultivation" is technically an isekai, but mainly sci-fi themed xianxia. Last I checked, it's almost 4000 chapters long.
