Clear case of they ran away with the money. Where are the humble indie devs that want to support their games to reach heights of success so that they can make more great game ideas from the money they earned from it? I can't really think of many that do that.
They ran away because they made a game mistakenly that resembled battlefield, people loved it, but their actual intentions were to make something more like Arma so they had a huge hissy fit about people liking what it was and asking for the game to lean more towards battlefield.
