Instead of doing my normal 12 reps on all my shit I just did 8 reps on most, 10 reps on just the easy couple. No reason at all that I can think of... Maybe I'm getting soft.

I elliptical'ed an extra mile to compensate but still, I don't know. I know this is going to attract people calling me a faggot and I fully embrace it, but to those that do exercise and don't live in parents basements; are off days really this inexplicable sometimes? Haven't really had one like this before. Worth mentioning that I'm preparing for a whole wrench being thrown in my schedule because I'm going camping this weekend and the following weekend which is giving me this anxious feeling of impending doom that I can't explain.
