I workout every day but I allow myself 2 skip days a week in case there are schedule conflicts or if I don't feel like it. I've done it this way for 7 years. I've only done gone over my 2 skip day rule 5 times and that was when I was travelling overseas for a week. But Eurotrash cities are super walkable so I was getting my cardio in on those vacations anyway... 😔

My calendar week starts on Sunday like normal Ameritard calendars do. I skipped Sunday and Monday already, just got done working out today but I'm travelling for work tomorrow and Thursday which means I could be up to a potential 4 day skip... 😔 Hopefully the hotel has some kind of gym or treadmill I can use... 😔
