I do my main workout in the morning at work, which isn't much, just some minimal cardio and lifting.

However I still have one of those cheap 30 dollar doorway pullup bars at home, as well as one of those bike stands that will turn your bike into an elliptical.

I setup the pullup bar in the doorway to my guest room, which is in between the living room and my den. So when I go to my den for anything (which is often) I challenged myself to 3 pullup reps every time I pass the guest room doorway... Pretty gay, eh? Just 3 makes it mentally like "ehh that's nothing" but add that up over time over the course of the day and I'm starting to feel it (myself that is). And the elliptical bike thing... rarely use it but I have it setup anyway lmao.
