Spend a couple months preparing. Check out a couple survival and shanty building texts & become familiar with maps, compass and gps. Learn to trap, fish, & forage. Create your own safety. And be liberated. No rush, take you time educating yourself and take it seriously if you want to. It can be comfy of course if you become prepared and well researched.
