There's always something in nothing
It would probably be like how our dreams work so that would be cool

There was nothing before you were born there's nothing after you are dead because you don't have brain
No one knows for sure, there is no such thing as nothing there is always something. Matter is never created or destroyed. Even the blackness of zoid zones have elementary particles in them we just perceive it as nothing because that's all our eyes and mind can comprehend without the aid of devices.
A consciousness is different than a brain. We perceive a material reality with a limited ruleset, but you have no idea about the dimensions that you cannot currently perceive. Maybe take some shrooms and you'll get it busta.
